Our latest collaboration with Vergelegen Wine Estate introduces two exclusive Reserve Wines—a rosé and a red blend—crafted to elevate every moment. These wines embody elegance, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.

HOW IT BEGAN

This partnership emerged from a desire to fill a gap in the premium wine market while enhancing our guests’ experience.

“The demand for premium rosé became evident about 18 months ago. We needed a wine with a flavour profile and quality that simply wasn’t available. Vergelegen’s exceptional vineyards and expertise made them the ideal partner.”

THE VISION BEHIND THE WINES

THE ROSÉ

Designed to stand out in the premium rosé category, this wine blends Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Shiraz grapes, each contributing unique characteristics:  

Grenache: Fresh raspberry notes. Mourvèdre: Nectarine and subtle pineapple. Shiraz: Acidity and a hint of spice.  

Six months on the lees impart texture and complexity, resulting in a vibrant, refreshing wine. As Benito notes: “The rosé’s fruit-forward palate and balanced acidity make it a perfect companion for summer days and fine dining.”
